Job Description: We are seeking highly qualified and motivated Oral Surgeons to join our dynamic team at the Bismarck location and the Fargo location. The ideal candidate will have exceptional surgical skills, a patient-centered approach, and the ability to work effectively within a collaborative team setting.

Responsibilities:

* Perform a wide range of oral and maxillofacial surgical procedures, including dental extractions, implants, corrective jaw surgery, and trauma
* Evaluate, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for patients with various oral and facial conditions
* Work collaboratively with other dental professionals and support staff to provide comprehensive patient care
* Educate patients and their families about surgical procedures, post-operative care, and oral health maintenance
* Maintain detailed and accurate patient records
* Keep abreast of advancements in oral and maxillofacial surgery through continuing education and professional development

Qualifications:

* DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
* Completion of an accredited oral and maxillofacial surgery residency program
* Board certification or eligibility in oral and maxillofacial surgery
* State licensure to practice dentistry and oral surgery in North Dakota
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* High ethical standards and a dedication to providing exceptional patient care
* Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team
