This is autonomous rural medicine. Join a team two physicians and three advanced practice providers covering both Tonasket and Oroville clinics.

Position Overview

• We’re seeking a dedicated family physician who embraces the unique nuances of rural medicine
• Team-oriented professional willing to directly supervise APPs
• Concise and compassionate communication skills to educate patients and families
• Ability to thoroughly document and maintain comprehensive patient records Four-day work week
• Governmental and Internal Loan Repayment eligible

* Compensation: First year salary guarantee based on MGMA/AMGA median, RVU production in year two. First year salary guarantee is based on MGMA/AMGA median, and compensation moves to RVU production in year two. Placement in a starting range is based on training, experience, certifications, etc. Actual salaries will vary based on a candidate’s qualifications.
* Time off: Six weeks of time off for a four-day work week and up to 11 weeks of time off on a five-day work week once in production.

* Relocation expenses covered including packing: up to $20,000
