We are a part of the Kaleida Health system in Buffalo, NY. Great Lakes Cardiovascular is a group of well-respected, accomplished Cardiovascular Physicians and APP’s.

Olean General Hospital (OGH) is the only hospital in Southwestern New York to offer advanced cardiac care, including interventional cardiac catheterization and electrophysiology, in partnership with Buffalo General Medical Center/Gates Vascular Institute. Qualifications

* Completion of Residency at Accredited Facility

* Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiology

* ACGME Accredited Fellowship
* Eligible or licensed to practice Medicine in New York State
* DEA

Compensation:

Compensation includes base salary and opportunity for bonus over RVU threshold. The package includes a relocation stipend, CME stipend, and a sign on bonus.
