Position Description

Clinical Support Supervisor collaborates with health center staff to develop and implement efficient and effective processes utilizing the electronic health record to ensure high-quality care for Affinity patients to support referral coordination, medical records, and community health worker initiative; participates in organization-wide Continuous Quality Improvement Program and the Performance Management System. Clinical Support Supervisor oversees the clinical support team.

Pay Range: $52,000 – $57,000 annually

Education, Experience, Etc.

* High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred or any combination of training and experience which would provide the required knowledge and abilities to perform job duties

* 1-3 years’ experience in electronic health records preferred

* Supervisor experience preferred

* Reliable transportation required
