Social Worker/ Licensed Mental Health Practitioner

40 hrs/wk. Occasional weekend hours. Oversees the psychosocial needs of the patient and family while in the inpatient geriatric mental health unit. These responsibilities include completing the Psychosocial Assessment and social history, Development of Treatment plans, Individual, Group, and Family Therapy. Discharge Planning. Current NE License: Master’s in Social Worker (CMSW/LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Practitioner (LMHP/LIMHP) Dual Licensed preferred. Will provide provisional supervision. Experience in Mental Health and gerontology preferred.
