Position Description
The Rad Tech must be able to acquire high quality images through expert knowledge of imaging for accurate, reliable review and interpretation. Must be able to prepare and assist patient for exam and keep them safe and comfortable while positioning the patient properly and setting equipment to obtain best detail of area being imaged.
The Rad Tech must be able to apply their knowledge of anatomy and physiology, take steps to avoid unnecessary radiation exposure, communicate effectively and professionally with patients and coworkers, and maintain a clean and safe work area.
Must possess a degree in radiologic technology from an accredited college or program and have successfully passed the ARRT certification exam. Must keep up to date with continuing education and remain in good standing with ARRT.
Experience with other modalities such as CT is a plus but not required.

$50,000 – $100,000
