Opportunity

* General Physician, PC (part of Kaleida Health in Buffalo) has an opportunity for a BC/BE Family Medicine Physician. The physician would be responsible for outpatient care in our busy Dunkirk, NY office.

* Dunkirk, NY is a college town located about 50 Miles South of Buffalo, NY

* Kaleida Health will be building a new hospital in this town about 5 miles from the old one, due to open in 2027, it will also be moving to EPIC EMR at that time as well.

* Multi Specialty – Primary Care, OB-GYN and Cardiology

### Requirements

* BE/BC Family Medicine

* Completion of Residency from Accredited Facility

* NY License or eligible for NY License

* DEA
