Position Description
As an adult primary care practice affiliated with Northeastern Vermont Regional Hospital (NVRH), an independent, rural, critical access hospital, KIM is committed to delivering comprehensive primary and preventive care, care coordination, and on-site behavioral health services to patients aged 19 and older.

At KIM, we understand the importance of a balanced work schedule. With an average patient load of 16+ per day and shared call with an average of 1 to 2 days of telephone call per month, our practitioners can expect a manageable workload, allowing them to focus on providing quality care.
Advanced EMR System: Meditech with DAX AI, our electronic medical records system, integrates with the hospital’s EMR, enhancing your workflow and patient care.
Team-Based Care: As a practitioner with at least three years of experience, you will thrive in a team-based care model. You will work alongside four other providers (two NPs and two Physicians), supported by a Care Coordinator, an Ambulatory Pharmacist, a Behavioral Health Specialist (LICSW), RNs, LPNs, CMAs, and Medical Secretaries.

NVRH offers a wide range of specialty practices, including Orthopedics, Surgery, ENT, Neurology, OBGYN, Audiology, Speech and Language Pathology, Pulmonology, Tele-Psychiatry, and Podiatry, ensuring our team is well-equipped to handle a variety of patient needs.

Requirements:

$100,000 +
