Empowers patients to self-manage their condition, reduce the occurrence of preventable complications and help patients stay out of Hospital. __Qualifications__ : RN licensure with the State of Washington
Work Schedule:
Weekdays (8-5)
Compensation:
$41.11 – $45.53 per hour plus Spanish Language Incentive
