Position Description
Position highlights :
* Offering opportunity for OB, procedures, and minor surgery (dependent on training).
* The physician will practice in both Clinic, ER, and Hospital based service lines (adult, pediatric, and obstetric).
* Recently opened state-of-the-art Emergency Department and new OB suites.
Benefits:
* Relocation allowance up to $7,500
* Negotiable sign-on bonus half paid upon signing, other half following 30 days on the job (timing is also negotiable)
* CME allowance of $3,000
* Standard employment benefits package
* Employer sponsored pension plan, as well as 457 retirement plan w/ up to 3% match.
* 1–2-year guaranteed salary period, dependent on speed of patient panel increase. A production-based contract will replace the guaranteed compensation after 1-2 years or sooner if production exceeds guarantee.

* Tuition assistance support
Schedule:
* Full time M-F, with ½ day off per week.
* M-F hours are 8:30 to 5:00.
* Overnight ER call for one weekday, if desired. One weekend out of five ER call.
* 4 weeks PTO (includes vacation, sick and holiday).
