The Alexandria VA Medical Center is seeking a full-time, BC/BE, Internal Medicine Physician to serve as a member of its Patient Aligned Care Team (PACT) Team in Lafayette, LA. _Highlights of this position include:_

* Competitive Starting Salary $240,000-$250,000
* Work Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8am-4:30pm
* This position is telehealth eligible (virtual visits- video, remote care by telephone)

* Provide care to approximately 12-20 outpatients daily in an outpatient setting
* Responsible for all facets of acute patient care
* Will assist in completing quality management reviews.

* Responsible for the successful achievement of applicable Performance Measure and Monitors his/her areas of responsibility.

* Incumbent will take an active part in the peer review process and complete Physician’s reviews on time

_Additional Requirements:_

* Board Certified/Board Eligible in Internal Medicine

* Experience in Primary Care

* Must be a U.S. Citizen. Non-Citizen candidates will be considered if a U.S. Citizen is not found
* Full and unrestricted license from any U.S. State
