Nurse Practitioner – FP/UC

Cascade Medical Center is hiring for a Nurse Practitioner who enjoys a combination of urgent care and family practice medicine. CMC has Rural Health Clinics in Cascade and Donnelly. Our offices are located in the beautiful Long Valley, near Lake Cascade, the Payette River, and National Forests. We are located 2 hours north of Boise in an outdoor enthusiast’s paradise with year-round recreational activities right outside our door.

Our Donnelly Clinic is open 7 days per week where we see patients on both a scheduled and walk-in basis. The Cascade Clinic is open 5 days per week. We do full-scope primary care – preventive, well, and sick; pediatrics to geriatrics; and acute to chronic. We are an NHSC site.

The provider team consists of 3 physicians and 6 APPs. We have a full lab, CT, X-Ray, and Ultrasound. Our LCSW provides counseling and social work services. We have inpatient, outpatient, and at-home Physical Therapy. Our hospital provides essential ER and Outpatient services.

Compensation: Base Salary of $115K-$124K per year Depending on Experience, + Quality Bonus
