Section Lead – Family Medicine Physician on the Oregon Coast

PeaceHealth is a mission minded health care system looking for a compassionate physician interested in serving the underserved populations in Florence, centrally located on the Oregon coast.

Practice Highlights:

* Medical Assistant is assigned to each clinician.

* Daily case load is approximately 15-18 patients per day.

* Additional support from our Diabetes Educator, RN Care Coordinators, Wound Care, Dermatology, Behavioral Health, Palliative Care and Women’s Health.

* 4 day or 5 day work week.

* Collaborative working environment.

Florence is located on the Oregon Coast at the mouth of the Siuslaw River. Enjoy a lifestyle inspired by the great outdoors and offering its own scenic Northwest landscape and abundant recreational opportunities. Florence is known for its breathtaking beaches, rolling sand dunes, numerous lakes with hiking trails and a picturesque historic downtown. To the south is 40-mile-long Oregon Dunes National Recreation Area. To the north, the tide pools and hiking trails at Cape Perpetua. To the east, steelhead fishing on the Siuslaw River.

* First year salary amount: $292,849
