Position Description
• 50/50 split between providing internal medicine primary care; and managing endoscopy pre and post-operative consultations.
• Responsible for assessment, diagnosis, treatment plan, interventions and evaluations.
• Comprehensive management of a broad range of health care, which includes promotion and maintenance of health.
• Management and coordination of care.
• Referrals, consultation and collaboration with other community healthcare providers.
• Prescribing, dispensing and administration of therapeutic drugs, consistent within medical guidelines and scope of practice.
Education & Experience Requirements:
• Two Years of Primary Care Experience Preferred
• Unrestricted Oregon NP or PA Licensure
• Unrestricted DEA License
Work Schedule:
Weekdays (8-5)
Compensation:
• Competitive Base Salary + Bonuses
