* This role is involved in the administration, supervision, and patient care activities pursuant to the education of the family medicine residents
* Requirements include:
* Minimum of an M.D. or D.O. degree from an approved medical school
* Completion of an ACGME accredited family medicine residency

* The ability to effectively deal with a broad range of people and personalities

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Experience in graduate medical education is preferred, but not required

* 1-3 years of experience is preferred, but not required

* Board eligible or certified by the American Board of Family Medicine

Compensation:

# Recruitment package

* Total Compensation package- $367,407,000

* Base salary- $267,407/year
* Sign-on bonus- $100,000
* Highly competitive compensation and full benefits package, including paid malpractice and tail coverage

* $5,000 CME allowance + 5 CME days off/year
