Position Description
Practice details:
* Join a collaborative group of 7 Physicians and 7 Advanced Practice Providers.
* Affiliated with the University of Minnesota, our community clinics provide exceptional, patient-centered care along with the ability to enroll patients in leading-edge clinical trials and participates in tumor boards.
* Openings: 1.0 FTE (flexible schedule) plus shared inpatient rounding responsibilities.
* Fully integrated Electronic Medical Record (EPIC).

Qualifications:
* Graduate of an accredited ACGME Hematology/Oncology fellowship-training program.
* Board eligible/certified in Hematology and Oncology with the America Board of Medical Specialties or American Osteopathic Association
* Licensed or ability to obtain Minnesota Board of Medical Practice Licensure
* Ability to obtain and /or maintain DEA certification for the State of Minnesota
* Meet threshold criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and Privileges
Compensation:
$477,981/$531,091Annual *based on full time (1.0 FTE)
Compensation Range:
$100,000 +
