Family Medicine w/ OB opportunity nestled in the heart of Grant County Oregon!

#### _Essential Functions and Responsibilities_

* Traditional Full Spectrum Family Medicine
* Provide clinic and obstetric care. Emergency and hospital care with additional compensation.
* Opportunities for administrative duties are available.
* A high level of energy and ability to adjust to different paced environments and care settings is a plus.
* Candidates must exhibit behavior, which emphasizes integrity, trust, kindness, and concern for the community.

#### _Work Schedule_

* Base salary consisting of two days in clinic and one, 24-hour shift of emergency room coverage a week, based on ER needs.
* OB/C-Section call coverage is scheduled with all covering physicians in addition to above.
* Alternative work schedule of four days in clinic + additional compensation for emergency department.

_Minimum Qualifications _

* Current (or ability to obtain) an Oregon license without restrictions;
* Current Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) Certification, Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS) Certification, & Pediatric Advance Life Support (PALS) Certification
* Current (or ability to obtain) DEA registration;
* Emergency Room experience / training;
* OB/C-Section experience / training

Education & Experience Requirements:

* Graduation from an accredited medical school with a degree of Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathy;
* Completion of an approved residency program in Family Medicine;
* Board Certified or Board Eligible through the American Board of Family Medicine;
* License to practice medicine in the State of Oregon.

Work Schedule:

Weekdays (8-5)

Compensation:

* Competitive Salary Starting at $305,000

* Additional ER coverage at $170/hour
* Sign-on Bonus at $50,000
* Relocation Assistance at $25,000
