We are currently seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join a dynamic team in a hospital-employed outpatient practice serving the tri-county residents. As a leading healthcare organization, North Star is committed to delivering cutting-edge patient care while advancing medical knowledge through innovative research and continuous learning.

In this role, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team that values collaboration and the highest levels of clinical expertise. You will collaborate with 4 other pediatricians and 3 advanced practitioners, working in close coordination between 2 outpatient locations. This role offers a balance of professional fulfillment and work-life balance, set in a picturesque region with abundant outdoor activities and proximity to major cities like Syracuse, Ottawa, and Montreal.

Position Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with physicians and other specialists to develop and execute comprehensive patient care plans.
* Participate in quality improvement initiatives and share ideas to enhance care delivery and patient outcomes.

* Uphold ethical standards and ensure patient confidentiality at all times.

Pay: $131,000.00 per year with adjustments based on experience, plus an additional WRVU-based incentive bonus.
