Good Neighbor Community Health Center is a Federally Qualified Health Center, and Patient Centered Medical Home with 2 clinic sites seeing 10K patients annually. We are adding a therapist who will function as a member of the #multidisciplinary (medical, dental, behavior health) health care team within the scope of his or her practice.
