Substance Abuse Disorder- Licensed Clinical Social Worker

We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Clinical Social Worker to assess and treat patients with mental, emotional, and substance abuse disorders, including alcohol and other drug addictions. The clinician will provide counseling and case management services to address the social and emotional needs of our patients at our Clearfield and South Salt Lake, Utah sites.

Education & Experience Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications:

Master’s Degree from an accredited Social Work Program.

Two years of experience working with individuals with drug or alcohol abuse disorders under close supervision is .

License required or eligible and working towards licensed clinical social worker required, current Utah license preferred.

Other:

Ability to communicate in English and Spanish preferred to meet the mission of Midtown. Experience with underserved populations preferred.

Work Schedule:

Weekdays (8-5)

Compensation:

Annual salary starting at $62,000 and up depending on experience.

Compensation Range:

$50,000 – $100,000
