Asante is seeking an Endocrinologist to join our outpatient practice in beautiful Grants Pass, Oregon. Enjoy a 4-day work week with minimal call and work with an excellent team consisting of two Endocrinologists, two Advanced Practice Providers and excellent support staff. Candidates must be BC/BE. OPPORTUNITY HIGHLIGHTS

* Year one: Competitive annual base salary
* Year two: The higher of the annual base salary or $/wRVU based salary plus annual performance incentives of up to 16% of base compensation
* Year three: $/wRVU based salary plus incentives up to 16%
* $45,000 signing bonus
* Up to $15,000 relocation assistance
* $5,000 annual CME allowance
* 240 hours (30 days) of authorized time off per year
