Position Description
Adapt Integrated Health Care is currently looking for full time Mobile Crisis Therapist to join our team in Roseburg, Oregon!

Requirements:
* Masters Degree in Social Work, Psychology, behavioral science, or related field, plus
* LCSW, LPC or LMFT in the State of Oregon preferred
* Must possess valid Oregon driver’s license.
POSITION PURPOSE:
The Mobile Crisis Therapist is a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) that will co-deploy with Local Law Enforcement and Emergency Medical Services to provide a presence at the scene of police calls that will de-escalate tension, increase officer and individuals’ safety, and provide a trauma-informed response that is treatment-oriented rather than crime and punishment-oriented.
ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INLCUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
* Engage and respond to crisis intervention in the community
* Facilitate access for mental health treatment at Adapt Integrated Health Care
* Provide therapeutic interventions including informed consent, advocacy, and integrated care
* Assist with access to community resources
* Facilitate development and retention of natural and community supports
* _Emergency Response: _This employee has been identified as a staff member expected to report for duty following activation of a public health emergency response plan.
