Position Description
How You Can Make an Impact:
The Pediatrics Provider is responsible for providing quality primary medical care to children.
What You Will Do:
1. Provides quality medical care in accordance with the American College of Internal Medicine.
2. Compliance with State and Federal mandates.
3. Adheres to the policies, protocols, and procedures of Paterson Community Health Center, Inc.
4. Compliance with FTCA standards.
5. Timely completion of charts and encounters.
6. Maintenance of productivity goal.
7. Maintenance of medical charts with appropriate medical documentation.
8. Maintenance of Medical license to practice in New Jersey.
9. Maintenance of DEA certificate an CDS license.
10. Maintenance of Hospital Privileges at St. Joseph Medical Center as appropriate.
11. Participate in Quality Assurance activities.
12. Participate and attend scheduled meetings.
13. Complete administrative assignments as requested by the medical director.
14. Other duties as assigned.
What You Bring:
Required Certifications and License:
New Jersey State Board of Medical Examiners Licensed si required.
Active New Jersey CDS and DEA License to prescribe and maintain controlled substances. Must have at least 2 years of experience.
Active BLS certification.
Maintaining continuing educational requirements as required for licensure and skills maintenance.
2-4 Years’ Experience (preferred)

Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

In person, Paterson, NJ
