Qualifications:
– DDS or DMD Degree: Graduate of an accredited School of Dentistry, with a current Oklahoma dental license.

Education & Experience Requirements:
Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) – Completion of an accredited program from a recognized dental school.
Current Dental License in Oklahoma – Active or in the process of obtaining an Oklahoma state dental license.
Optional – Additional Certifications – While not required, additional certifications or experience in specialties such as oral surgery, endodontics, or orthodontics are valued and support further career development within Dental Arts.
Commitment to Continuing Education – Dental Arts supports ongoing education, and candidates should be committed to professional development, including completing CE courses through AGD or PACE programs.
Compensation:
Compensation Overview: Dental Arts offers a highly competitive compensation structure designed to reward our dentists’ dedication and skill. Associates can earn over $250,000 in their first year, with up to 30% commission on adjusted production. This attractive compensation model is further supported by signing and relocation bonuses, acknowledging the commitment to serve in both urban and rural communities in Oklahoma. With minimal PPO participation and no DMO plans, dentists can focus on providing quality care while benefiting from steady, substantial production levels.
