Clinician – Community Housing Support Services

As a member of the CHSS team, you will provide critical clinical care to our client population with Severe Mental Illness and Co-Occurring Disorders. You will work with clients in any of our 4 supportive living facilities by providing care that will enable them to live their own best life. The will work collaboratively with clients to periodically assess and update treatment plans and serve with other members of the team to support that plan. You may, occasionally, need to provide expert testimony in court and provide 24-hour emergency response coverage.

This position is eligible for a $10,000 sign-on bonus with a two-year commitment. The salary placement is based on post-master’s experience.

Display unconditional positive regard for our clients

Be comfortable working with clients with SMI and COD

Work independently and coordinate care with other team members

Provide both group and individual therapy

To qualify, you’ll need

Behavioral health professional licensure

OR at least 6 years of clinical experience after receiving your Master’s degree in a behavioral health field

Master’s in a behavioral health field

Work Schedule:

Weekdays (8-5)

Compensation:

salary starts at $32.87 and hour and can be up to $57.55 based on relevant post-masters work experience and licensure

Compensation Range:

$50,000 – $100,000
