Case Manager

The Community Housing Case Manager is an important part of the support system of our Community Housing clients. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with a busy schedule both in and out of the homes. They will accompany clients to their community appointments and conduct daily documentation and collaborative treatment plan reviews. They will display patience, respect, and courtesy when assisting residents in their daily living routines, and when asked to assist with group activities.

This is a full-time, permanent position with working hours of Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. Salary placement is based on relevant work experience and education.

You Have…

Excellent interpersonal communication

Time management, planning, and organization

Experience with Microsoft Office Suite of programs

OR

1 year of direct service experience

All JAMHI positions require the ability to pass a criminal background check in accordance with the current state regulation requirements and a valid Alaska driver’s license and be able to clear the JAMHI auto insurance screening through the independent insurance carrier and/or if driving.

Compensation:

salary starts at $22.97 and hour and can be up to $34.53 based on relevant work experience and/or education

Compensation Range:

$35,000 – $50,000
