Primary Care Physician

Our small FQHC is growing, and we are looking for a BC/BE family physician to join us to provide primary care to patients of all ages, with an emphasis on geriatrics. Our clinicians are comfortable handling a broad spectrum of primary care complaints, evidence-based screenings, and treatment of common mental health conditions. Our population is economically diverse, so an affinity for caring for the underserved is essential, and a willingness to participate in educating the workforce, including existing team members and future healthcare workers, is strongly encouraged. MAT with buprenorphine/naloxone is part of every medical clinician’s panel, but the numbers are small. Our MAT patients are some of our biggest fans – we’ve helped them get their lives back.

Telephone-only call approximately 1 week in 6. No obstetrics or inpatient. Options to work full or part-time, with part-time clinician panel-sharing encouraged.

MD or DO, unrestricted licensure in the State of Vermont

Compensation:

Salary commensurate with experience ($220-$235K/year for 1.0 FTE the first year, with opportunity to grow).

$100,000 +
