As a part of a multi-disciplinary team of healthcare providers, this position works collaboratively across all departments to remove barriers for accessing healthcare, incorporating standard medical practices and health center policies into their clinical practice to provide quality care commensurate with training and licensure. Care delivered includes comprehensive health wellness, preventive and medical care to multicultural, multilingual patients.

Education & Experience Requirements:

* Doctor of Medicine, Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine, or certification and completion of Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Program.
* Current license to practice in the State of Illinois.
* Comprehensive understanding of addiction medicine, pharmacology of MAT medications, and clinical management of substance use disorders.
* Training and certification in addiction medicine or psychiatry.
* Extensive knowledge of physical assessment, diagnosis, pathophysiology, pharmacology, and management of acute and chronic illness.
* Able to work with patients from a variety of socioeconomic and cultural backgrounds.
* Minimum of three years current clinical experience, one year in area of specialty – PREFERRED

Work Schedule:

Weekdays (8-5)

Compensation Range:

TBD/Negotiable

* $3,000 CME and 40 hours per year for full-time physicians
