Physician sought for Adult Inpatient Psychiatric Hospital

Riverview Psychiatric Center (RPC) is seeking a full-time Internal or Family Medicine Physician to join our team. This position is Monday through Friday, 8am – 4pm, with no call obligation. The hired candidate will provide medical care to a panel of patients with blended commitment levels and varying lengths of stay from, 3-4 months to 3-4 years. 1-2 H&Ps per week with primary care and preventative management for long-term patients as well as managing acute medical issues as they arise for a complex patient population.

The hired candidate will have a choice of competitive salary and benefit options through a contracted position or through State of Maine employment

Must Have:

Board certified or board eligible
Maine licensure or ability to obtain
Work well in a team and be enthusiastic and dedicated to providing compassionate care
