Wage Including Incentives: $285,000+!! -Guaranteed Base ($240,000+) + Productivity Incentives (easily achievable!). Hospital pays for Medical Insurance Premiums for Physician and Family! 5-weeks Vacation, 1-week CME, and CME dollars.

* 19 Bed Critical Access Hospital with Rural Health Clinic and Specialty Clinic
* Existing Practice- See patients from day 1!
* Hospital Call: 1:4 (Flexible scheduling)
* Outpatient Clinic Practice: 4 days/week

Education & Experience Requirements:

* Completion of an ACGME accredited Family Medicine Residency Program
* Board Certified in Family Medicine
* Valid State Medical License as MD or DO
* Valid DEA certificate and Idaho Board of Pharmacy certificate
* Documentation skills
* Great verbal communication and listening skills
* Computer Skills: Able to use and learn any Electronic Health Record system and online educational modules
* Ideal candidate: Energetic, Motivated, Strong Physician-Patient Relationships

Work Schedule:

Weekdays (8-5)

Compensation:

Wage Including Incentives: $285,000+!! -Guaranteed Base ($240,000+) + Productivity Incentives (easily achievable!).

Compensation Range:

$100,000 +
