Department: Behavioral Health Therapist

Position Description

We are seeking an Integrative Care Therapist to join our compassionate team of professionals. The Therapist provides holistic and patient-center therapeutic intervention to support individuals’ mental, emotional, and physical well-being. They will work collaboratively with physicians and other professionals to design and implement treatment plans.

Responsibilities :

Intake, treatment assessments, and treatment plan development.

Assessments done for early intervention and treatment.

Individual, couples, family, and group therapy.

Maintains and timely completes records and documentation.

Rotating on-call to complete Mental Health Reform and Medicaid Pre-Admission assessments.

Professional development through continuing education and professional reading.

Key Skills:

Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to remain positive and flexible under work pressure.

Possess sound judgement in crisis and routine situations.

Computer skills and proficiency with applications and center specific applications.

Qualifications :

Master’s or doctoral degree

Licensed through the BSRB

Must pass KBI, DCF abuse registry, motor vehicle screening, and background checks

Must have reliable and insured transportation

Schedule :

Full-time, Exempt
