Position Description
Benefits:
High compensation $300,00/year minimum to $500,000 plus
Relocation assistance
Mentorship provided
No weekend hours – M-F, 4.5 days per week
Large patient base
Experienced dental assistants – minimum 3 per provider most days
Experienced support staff
Additional training provided to handle complex and rewarding dentistry (i.e. implant dentistry, full mouth aesthetic cases, etc.)

Responsibilities:
Perform comprehensive dental examinations, diagnoses, and treatment planning for patients of all ages.
Mentorship provided for the following procedures including but not limited to:
Provide preventive dental care, oral hygiene instructions, and patient education.
Collaborate with the dental team to ensure coordinated and efficient patient care.
Stay updated on the latest advancements in dentistry through continuing education (internal and external) and professional development.
Requirements:
Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school.
Active dental license in Kansas or have the ability to obtain licensure (First Dental will facilitate licensure if needed).
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) certificate.
Demonstrated clinical proficiency and knowledge of dental procedures and techniques.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with patients and the dental team.
Strong attention to detail, organizational abilities, and time management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle a diverse range of dental cases.
Commitment to providing high-quality dental care and maintaining patient satisfaction.
Prior experience or specialized training in specific areas of dentistry is a plus.
Ability to commute/relocate:
Lower cost of living in comparison to metro areas
Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
