The EFDA performs a wide range of advanced clinical and administrative tasks to support the delivery of quality dental care to CHC patients. This position requires a strong knowledge of dental procedures, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday, Day Shift

Qualifications:

* Completion of an accredited dental assisting program.
* Certification as an Expanded Function Dental Assistant (EFDA) or equivalent, as required by state regulations.
* Current CPR certification.
* Proficiency in dental terminology, procedures, and instruments.
* Strong knowledge of infection control protocols and safety measures.
* Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
* Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
* Dental assisting: 2 years (Preferred)
* License/Certification: X-Ray Certification (Preferred)
