General Dentist opportunity with brand new clinic – loan repayment available!

This position is within our brand-new clinic – a medium-sized, fast-paced, multi-doctor practice located on the East of Wichita. Key Responsibilities:

· Provide the highest quality dental care

· Be culturally and socially sensitive to communicate effectively with ethnically and economically diverse patient-and-employee base

· Reflect a positive role model in all areas and be mission oriented

· Develop strategies to gain new patients while retaining patients of record

· Oversee dental assistants and mentor/train DDS students on clinical rotations

Qualifications

· DDS or DMD degree from accredited dental school

· Licensed to practice in Kansas and meet other applicable state requirements

· Completion of dental residency program preferred but not required

Work Schedule : Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
