Come on out to Cando, North Dakota. Our “can-do” spirit is driving the building of our new hospital, set to open in 2023. At Towner County Medical Center (TCMC) Our workforce team is strong and steady, offering you the ability to focus on patient care with a supportive team.

As a member of our team, you will enjoy variety in your day by providing clinic coverage, nursing home rounds, hospital rounds, and ER coverage. Work schedules can be adjusted to as few as 3-4 days per week so you can enjoy a balanced schedule. Our TCMC family works together for the betterment of all, and shares ER call, which usually includes one night of ER call per week and one weekend of ER call per month. ER coverage is compensated above and beyond clinic, hospital, and nursing home compensation. Our compensation is based on productivity based with no cap…excellent income potential!

Cando, ND is located in the northeast quadrant of North Dakota. Situated 40 miles from Devils Lake, 112 miles from Minot, 124 miles from Grand Forks, 100 miles from beautiful Lake Metigoshe, and 178 miles from Winnepeg, MB, Cando is in the middle of EVERYWHERE!
