Bridging the Dental Gap (BDG) is a not for profit 501(c)3 stand-alone dental clinic located in Bismarck, ND. BDG is dedicated to serving all patients throughout Bismarck and Mandan, ND and surrounding areas. For over 18 years we have offered dental services to our community and making the lives of our patients better, easier and healthier. The mission of BDG is to provide access to dental care for Medicaid-eligible, uninsured and low-income individuals and families.

A DDS or DMD. Licensed to practice in North Dakota.

Work Schedule:

Weekdays (8-5)

Compensation:

Salary is competitive with experience. New graduates can expect to start at $150,000 per year with an additional $30,000 in a sign-on bonus. Dentists employed at BDG qualify to apply for both the ND Healthcare Professional Loan Repayment Program and the Federal State Loan Repayment (SLRP).
