ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES:

* Provide primary care services to pediatric and adult patients.

* Assist in triaging all patients presented to the clinic for services.

* Under the supervision of the pediatric and adult physician, perform health evaluations for all patients presented to the clinic.

* Maintain logs for all patients who are screened or medically evaluated.

* Work closely with the pediatric and adult physician to ensure all services are available to all patients.

* Ensure all protocols for patient care and clinic operations are followed.

* Provide emergency assistance when necessary.

* Ensure all protocols for patient care and clinic operations are followed.

* Ensure patient confidentiality at all times.

* Emergency telephone coverage according to rotation.

* Other duties as assigned by the Clinic Director.

* Adherence to OSHA and CLIA regulations.

* Participate in weekly conferences.

* Participate in administering immunizations, protocols, and procedures as the ACP and ACIP indicate.

* Develop, implement, and ensure adherence to QCHC’s Bioterrorism Plan, according to guidelines set forth by the Pennsylvania Department of Health and the Center for Disease Control.

* Participation in chart audits as assigned.

* Adhere to QCHC House Rules.

* Proof of Family Practice Licensure

* 8-hour shift
