Psychologist (PCMHI) Primary Care Mental Health Integration – Roseburg, OR

The Roseburg VA Health Care System (RVAHCS) consists of a Veterans Affairs (VA) medical center located in Roseburg, OR, and VA clinics located in Eugene, Brookings, and North Bend, OR. RVAHCS offers primary care, surgical, long-term care, and mental health inpatient and outpatient services to veterans who reside in Central and Southern Oregon (Douglas, Lane, Coos, and Curry Counties) and Northern California (Del Norte County). RVAHCS also operates the Downtown Eugene VA Clinic, consisting of a Homeless Program, a Homeless Housing Program with the Department of Health and Human Services (HUD/VASH), and Substance Abuse and Vocational Rehabilitation services.

The Roseburg VA is recruiting a Psychologist for The Primary Care Mental Health Integration (PCMHI) Team. Primary duties involve supervised psychological assessment and diagnosis, psychotherapy and counseling, consultation, and secondary/supplemental clinical supervision. Other responsibilities include the utilization of stepped-care treatment planning and the provision of evidence-informed and evidence-based individual and/or group psychotherapy services appropriate for implementation in a Primary Care setting. Treatment is time-limited, with a focus on both behavioral health and mental health interventions, including attention to preventative care.
