ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

* Provide life changing therapy services to children, adults, individuals and families.

* Time available for case consultation, returning phone calls, working with our psychiatrist to provide holistic care, and engaging family members or other providers when appropriate.

* Maintain clinical documentation that is meaningful to the client and in accordance with policy, as well as third-party payors & meets licensure requirements.

EDUCATIONAL/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

* LMSW or provisional mental health clinical license in the state of Iowa required; LISW, LMHC, LMFT preferred.

* Experience of 2+ years providing mental health services.

* Have a valid driver’s license and auto insurance

* Bilingual preferred, not required.

* 3% of salary put into 403B plan regardless of what employee puts in. Can put in up to an additional 3% more for a total of a 6% match. Vested after 1 year.
