Critical Access Hospital seeking Surgical Scrub Technologist to join team

We are looking for a Surgical Scrub Technologist who is ready to make a difference at the largest and most clinically capable Critical Access Hospital in Kansas. Our Surgical Services department has state of the art equipment, excellent teamwork, and is a highly respected part of the care team. Qualifications and Skills:

* High School Graduate or GED
* Graduate of a Surgical Technology Program
* Certification, National Board of Surgical Technology
* Good communication skills
* Ability to work independently and take responsibly for your own actions

Responsibilities:

* Gathers, checks and opens supplies and equipment needed for the surgical procedures
* Sets up sterile field
* Assists the team member with gowning and gloving
* Participates in the surgical site and patient verification during the time out procedure
* Assists the surgeon during the procedure as needed
* Assists in prepping the OR for the next patient

Work Schedule:

Full-time Monday-Friday​ 6:30 am-3:00 pm. Variable on call hours.
