LCSW, LMFT or LPC – Livingston Parish

RKM Primary Care is looking for a School Based Social Worker to provide Behavioral Health Services in the Livingston Parish Schools. This is a 10-month, full-time position that will work onsite at the assigned school to provide services to the student/school population.

#### Position Requirements:

LPC, LMFT or LCSW licensure to practice in Louisiana – Required

2 years’ experience providing psycho-social intervention for all age groups (Preferred)

Emergency Patients

Performance Improvement

10 Month position following school schedule (Monday to Friday, no weekends)

Education & Experience Requirements:

LPC, LMFT or LCSW licensure to practice in Louisiana – Required

Work Schedule:

Weekdays (8-5)

Compensation:

$27.30 – $36.99 per hour
