_About The Hospital System_

The Commonwealth Healthcare Corporation (CHCC) is an 86-bed hospital and outpatient facility, located on the islands of Saipan, and serves a population of about 50,000 people. The Rota Health Center (RHC) and the Tinian Health Center (THC) are satellite access sites for the smaller populations on the remote islands of Rota and Tinian respectively.

CHCC offers a broad range of services and specialties including General Surgery, Orthopedic Surgery, Obstetrics and Gynecology, Head and Neck Surgery, Ophthalmology, Dentistry, Podiatry, Oncology, Inpatient and Outpatient Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, Cardiology, Interventional Radiology, Psychiatry, and Nephrology. RHC and THC offer Primary Care and send over acutely ill patients to CHCC when needed.

At CHCC you will be part of a collaborative medical community providing services to the local population as well as tourists and other visitors. Transferring patients off the island (to a higher level of care than CHCC can offer) for services is difficult and often not possible. Don’t be intimidated by this! We are collaborative and work together as a team to provide care for our patients and to assist one another in being successful.

Salary : $95,000 with up to 25% shift differential depending on experience.

_About The Practice:_

Rotating 3-week schedule

1 week in Saipan CHCC ER (40 hours)

1 week on Rota (RHC) or Tinian (THC) covering walk-ins and low volume ER 24/7

1 week off

If a new graduate, 3-4 months full time Emergency Department immersion in Saipan until deemed adequately trained and knowledgeable in basic ED skill and care.

_Qualifications_

* Accepting permanent positions.
* NCCPA Certified, Certified NP
* ACLS/BLS/PALS required.
* Must be Medicare reimbursement eligible
* CNMI license required (application process supported by HR staff).
* Licensing and credentialing take 6-12 weeks

Compensation:

$95,000 P/A(with our favorable tax structure, this would be equivalent to receiving a gross salary of approx. $144K in SF or NYC), with up to 25% shift differential depending on experience.
