Position Description
Ouachita Behavioral Health and Wellness offers an intensive training program for all clinicians along with FREE CEUs. Competitive pay with sign on bonus options for LPCs or LCSWs up to $5,000. Benefits include 160 hours of PTO accrued your first year, 401K plans with a 4% match, 9 paid holidays, medical, dental, and vision offered as well as life insurance, short term disability. Supplemental insurance plans also offered. Student Loan Reimbursement through NHSC for LCSW or LPC.

Responsibilities:
* Conduct Assessments and provide therapy to individuals with diverse backgrounds.
* Develop and implement treatment plans based on client needs.
* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop treatment plans.
* Offer support and guidance to clients in their journey towards mental well-being.
* Maintain accurate and confidential client records.
Requirements:
* Master’s degree or higher in social work, counseling, or related field
* Licensure as a mental health professional in the State of Arkansas per requirements of the Medicaid OBH Manual
* Working knowledge of and ability to use personal computer for e-mail and electronic medical record.
* Experience working with diverse populations and an understanding of cultural nuances.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Must have the ability to use a computer as required. Must be able to communicate with others in an understandable manner. Must be able to operate standard office equipment. Work is primarily sedentary but must be able to move through the building to access office equipment. May need to occasionally move light equipment. Regular attendance at work is a requirement of this position.
