Practice Opportunity Details Include:

* Call is 1:5
* See 15-18 patients per day
* Established practice at Carle Richland Memorial Hospital, a 104-bed community hospital with patient base of over 109,000 in Southeastern Illinois
* Clinic is located at our newly built, NHSC Certified 16,000 sq ft Primary Care Clinic that is 5 minutes away from the hospital
* Employed position
* Level II nursery
* 24 hour air and ground support to Level I Trauma Center 45 minutes away
