Ultrasound Tech

Copper Queen Community Hospital has an immediate opening for a full time Ultrasound Technologist for our Diagnostic Imaging Department in Douglas/Bisbee, AZ. Candidate must be able to perform all ultrasound exams to include General, Vascular, OB/GYN, Breast Ultrasounds. Candidate needs to be proficient with Echocardiograms and must be registered with ARDMS.
Monday – Friday Day Schedule
Salary Range: $33.18-40.56 based on years of experience.
$15,000 Relocation Assistance
$15,000 Sign-on Bonus
$1,000 Living Stipend for 24 months

Vacation: _Forty (40) hours of vacation time available after six (6) months._ | 3.16 hours accrued every pay period to equal a total of 80 hours after one year of employment. Eligible to be used after 6 months of employment.

Sick Leave: | 4 hours accrued every pay period. Eligible to be used after probationary period of 90 days
Health Insurance If you utilize CQCH facilities, 100% of copay and deductible are paid for by CQCH. No out of pocket cost. This includes Inpatient / Outpatient / all Clinics | Effective first of the month after your date of hire. Paid 100% by hospital for employee and children. (Spouse coverage after 1 yr of employee maintaining health coverage)
Dental Insurance | Eligible after six (6) months of Medical Coverage. Paid 100% by hospital for employee and children. (Spouse coverage after 1 yr of employee maintaining health coverage)
Vision Insurance | Eligible after six (6) months of Medical Coverage. Paid 100% by hospital for employee and children. (Spouse coverage after 1 yr of employee maintaining health coverage)
Life Insurance | $5,000 effective 1st day of month following ninety (90) day probation period. Paid 100% by hospital.
Helicopter Insurance | Effective first of the month after date of hire. Paid 100% by hospital for employee and all residents living in household.
Retirement Plan: 403B | Eligible immediately to enroll. CQCH will contribute 3% starting 3rd year employment. Vested at 3 years of employment.
