Associate Clinical Social Worker

We are seeking an Associate Clinical Social Worker to join our mental health team. In this role, you will provide psychotherapy and counseling services to clients under the supervision of a licensed clinical social worker.

Responsibilities:

* Conduct initial assessments and develop treatment plans for clients experiencing mental health challenges, substance abuse issues, emotional disturbances, or social conflicts
* Provide individual, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and motivational interviewing
* Monitor client progress and modify treatment plans as needed
* Maintain timely and accurate progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries
* Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to coordinate client care
* Refer clients to appropriate community resources and services

Requirements:

* Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
* Active associate-level clinical social work license in the state
* Strong clinical assessment, therapy, and documentation skills
* Ability to build rapport and therapeutic relationships with diverse client populations
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
* Commitment to professional and ethical standards
