Position Description
On team ACT, Team Leaders are responsible for a variety of tasks, including
* Provide clinical oversight in evaluating client’s safety and clinical needs on an ongoing basis
* Provide training to supervisees in regards to their responsibilities and tasks, documentation requirements, and program policies and procedures
* Oversee ACT program operation service targets are met, health and wellness activities are implemented, and care coordination is facilitated
* Lead daily team meeting to organize day’s activities
Pay: Starting at $27 per hour, can increase depending on experience and qualification- RN starting at $44
Schedule: Full time, Monday – Friday, typically 8:30 – 5, but there is room for flexibility
Education/Licensing Requirements:
* LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, or RN
* 2-3 years solid community based experience working the adult SPMI population
* Valid Driver’s license and reliable vehicle
* All staff must be vaccinated for COVID-19 prior to starting work, unless a certified medical exemption accommodation is granted. Proof of vaccination must be shown upon hire.
* Must have basic computer skills
