Office Based Primary Care Provider – Spanish speaking clientelle

We are a value-based care company specializing in Medicare, Medicare Advantage, and some commercial plans. We have an opportunity for a nurse practitioner to grow our new clinic location in Belleview, FL, just South of Ocala.

Pathways Clinical Partners accepts all patients regardless of their ability to pay and offers a sliding fee scale. As we are new, we have not been successful in applying for NHSC status due to not having the sliding fee / charity history. We should have that available for the coming year 2024.

Education & Experience Requirements:

* M.D., D.O.
* Specialty training in geriatrics, family medicine, hospital medicine, or emergency medicine preferred

Work Schedule:

Weekdays (8-5)

Compensation:

We offer a competitive salary plus bonus program based on meeting value-based quality metrics including appropriate admission alternatives.

Compensation Range:

$100,000 +
