dedicated Construction Manager like you to be a part of our team.

Job Summary and Qualifications

Manage all aspects of the facility scope, quality, schedule and cost of major
facility projects through the stages of conceptual development, facility
programming, budgeting, design, construction and occupancy.
Essential Accountabilities:

• Manage multiple projects throughout hospital system, both self-performed by the In House Construction Department (IHCD) and 100 % subcontracted.
• Prepares a construction estimate for the facility projects.
• Prepares a schedule for the project.
• Hiring Director for IHCD and sub-contractors insuring compliance with Facility Planning requirements to achieve the level of quality and design standards established for Mission Hospitals.
• Completes other duties to support departmental operations as assigned or requested.

# What qualifications you will need:

* Required Education: Bachelor’s degree or a combination of education and related experience

• Preferred Education: Bachelor of Science degree in engineering, construction, architecture or related field
• Preferred License: Active State of North Carolina general contractor, plumbing, mechanical, or electrical license
• Required Experience: Ten years experience in complex facility design or construction management as contractor, designer or owner’s representative
• Preferred Experience: Management of construction projects in healthcare facilities.
