Job Summary and Qualifications

The Manager of Regulatory Compliance is responsible for administration and
oversight of all activities concerning the achievement of continuous
regulatory, accreditation readiness, and quality excellence. The role provides
oversight for matters including the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services
(CMS), The Joint Commission (TJC), and other external agencies for regulatory
compliance. This position works closely with facility leadership, and
department leaders across the organization to support facilitation,
development, and implementation of systems to ensure compliance.

# What qualifications you will need:

* Bachelors Degree

• 1 – 3 years
• 1+ years of technical and managerial experience in accreditation
• Certified Professional Healthcare Quality (CPHQ), or Certified in Healthcare Quality and Management must be obtained within 1 year of employment start date
